I’m David Kumar, a yoga teacher devoted to the path of Hatha and Primal Flow. My practice is rooted in steady breath, conscious alignment, and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence.
Through Hatha Yoga, I guide students into stillness, strength, and awareness — creating space to build presence from the inside out. In Primal Flow, I invite exploration of grounded, animal-inspired movement, reconnecting to instinct, fluidity, and the rhythm of the earth. My teaching balances structure and freedom, discipline and play, encouraging students to move with both intention and intuition.
I value simplicity, depth, and authentic connection, and I’m drawn to spaces and collaborations that honor yoga as both a practice and a way of being.
