Kseniya’s journey with yoga began after moving to Tulum, Mexico in 2020, where she was deeply inspired by the transformative power of yoga and its philosophy.
She holds a 500-hour RYT, including 200 hours in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow from Sampoorna Yoga in South Goa, India, and 300 hours in Hatha Yoga from Vikasa in Thailand. Kseniya has developed a strong foundation in asana practice, inversions, yogic philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. Additionally, she has completed a 50-hour online Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training (Yin & Restorative yoga).
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Kseniya continues to deepen her practice through workshops, reading, and exchanging knowledge with yoga teachers from around the world.
An advocate for daily self-care and an active lifestyle, Kseniya sees yoga as an anchor — helping her stay grounded, mindful, and resilient through life’s challenges. Grateful for the positive impact yoga has had on her life, she is passionate about sharing its benefits with others.
