I’m Sarah Mitchell, a yoga teacher rooted in a practice that blends heart-centered intention with mindful movement. For over twelve years I’ve shared yoga with students of all levels, nurturing presence, balance, and inner connection through thoughtful sequencing and attentive guidance.
My teachings draw from Hatha, Vinyasa, and meditative practices, creating space for both strength and surrender on the mat. Having led seven retreats, I’m passionate about holding sacred rhythm in group practice and supporting students in finding ease within effort. I seek connection with teachers and spaces that value depth, curiosity, and the transformative power of yoga as a lived experience.
